I just want to see what the details are. If somebody was held against their will, it's obviously and issue. If there was some crazy stuff going on in a bedroom of drunk college kids, it happens at UT with 1000's of kids weekly. Or nightly. And to be 100% real, you know a lot of those girls don't feel good about what happened the next day. But that's what happens when people drink and loosen up and do things they wouldn't do sober. They may have regrets.

How could I take offense to you insulting me?



I've been drunk. I've regretred things. But I never intentionally tried to ruin some ones life over a regret. I agree, I want to see the details. There are a lot of them missing. And no one here can make any assumptions as to such.

I just know what happens at parties. I've been there, done that....as I'm sure 90% of us here on the forum can relate to.

That sounds bad. "Forcible". But again, reports just record what the policeman is told. Evidence is what typically brings about charges being filed.

Someone can file police reports all day, but the DA wont charge you with something and take it to trial unless they feel like they can get a guilty verdict.

Yeah. Isn't this what we already knew? It's in the DA's hands now to determine if one or both of them will be formally charged.

A Knoxville Police Department incident report lists Tennessee linebacker A.J. Johnson and defensive back Michael Williams as two suspects named in a forcible rape case.

One of the 19-year-old women, listed in the incident report, accused Johnson and Williams forcible rape.

Pretty much my take as well. We're in the same place we were when the news broke.

This shows that both are still considered suspects for rape. Not one or the other, not one for sexual assault and one for rape.
