Or they shoot or stab you and you don't get to form that opinion. I agree with your statement that you're less likely to have issues in those situations, criminals generally look for the weakest victim BUT you're still more likely to get hurt or killed in those areas.I agree with his point though. I've noticed in rough areas of Chicago and St. Louis if you act like you know where you're going and have a mission, people don't bother you.
Half these cats haven't even been to Memphis yet make the most noise.. Like any large city, it isn't without its problem yet some of yall talk like you live in some fictional utopia.
That said, having Richmond in would be great - we need all the talent we can get - but it won't break our backs if he does not sign with us. Go Vols.
