Pope says evolution is a real thing

Seriously, either you didn't understand the point or you're attempting to troll me - I refuse to believe you're that dense, so I'll assume the latter. If the former then your ability to specifically delineate change points across a gradient spectrum is a christmas miracle two months early.

Not trolling, could be dense but.

Either way for macroevolution (we evolved from something else) to be fact, there had to be the 1st 100% human.

Define 100% human.

Or better yet, pick it out.

Either you're human or you're not. Why is that hard for you to accept?

Your argument doesn't make sense.

You can't assert that evolution is correct and then say there has to be a first "100%" human.

I didn't say evolution was correct. I said for it to be correct there had to be a first.

What's funny is you can take extant skulls (Pigmies, Asian, Aboriginal, Bonobo) and chimps and create a similar if not identical arrangement.

For your example, it list Australopithecus Af. (Lucy), which is pretty well agreed upon had no part in any lineage to humans. Look at a modern bonobo and then look at AA. The Bonobo is unknown by most people and lives in a small part of Africa.

Semantics. In any case, your argument demonstrates a profound misunderstanding of how evolution works. You're certainly not alone, I can see how one would want to try and rationalize and qualify meanings so that its internal meaning would be compatible with one's faith.

I'm not stating, I'm telling you. "Upon this Rock I will build my Church"

And I am telling you there is plenty of Biblical backing to say Christ is the rock the church is build on. There is none to say it was build on Peter.

Back up what you are saying

Simple question, if a being has 99% human genetics and 1% other, are they human?

That a Catholic Priest... Excuse me a Father, was the original founder of the Big Bang theory

Meanwhile the baptist are busy running around measuring skirt lengths and telling people how to dance

As I stated in an earlier post, the Catholics are not the only Christian sect to change things. Many churches are misleading people by appeasing the way of life today in order to draw larger numbers and increase revenue. The way to salvation is still the same, no council nor any man is going to change that. The Bible warns us of false prophets and deceivers. Wrong is wrong regardless of which sect it is. Any church or clergy that misleads people is doing one thing, expanding the borders of hell.

I see what your attempting and it still doesn't help your argument. Calling it a "simple" question underscores your misunderstanding of the subject.

If something has 99% "human" genetics it simply means they have 99% "human" genetics. The problem with your attempt at an argument is that you haven't defined what a "human" is.

Out of the context of this discussion, we could agree that it'd be a easy question to answer but in terms of evolution and genetics it's a very broad term.

Well Hate to break it to you but Peter built that Church

Peter was a disciple , a follower of Christ. He did help spread the word of Christianity.

Jesus Christ is the cornerstone the Church is build on.

Luke 20:17
Jesus looked directly at them and asked, "Then what is the meaning of that which is written: "'The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone'?

1 Corinthians 3:11
For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 2:6
For in Scripture it says: "See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame."

Cool well we aren't misleading anyone. Meanwhile how is the crusade on short skirts and dancing going?

The old "you don't understand" argument. Nice.

Please inform me as to what a human is?

Mathew 16:18
I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.

Acts 20:28
Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood.

Ephesians 2:20
built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

the Church doesn't worship Peter. We recognize him as the first human leader of the Church after Christ. and it could be argued that any faith based on Christ couldn't start until he Ascended.

And would these extant skulls be dated as old as the ones in the "arrangement"?

Are you implying that most scientists involved in human genetics don't know what a bonobo is?

Correct Jesus is the cornerstone for the Church he told Peter to build

this is one area where the mixed translations comes into play. there is constant change between who is the foundation and who is the cornerstone, and in the building world this matters a lot. I really need to learn Aramaic.

Again a non answer. back up your statements with Biblical Backing. Oh never mind I forgot CC does not allow you to.

CCC 100 Only the Roman Catholic Church has authority to interpret Scripture and it says, no other church matters in CCC 2105 The Catholic Church is the one true church .

I wasn't aware of a crusade on short skirts and dancing.

Who is in charge of the crusade and are they making any progress.

I do know at my Baptist Church there are some good looking young women that wear short shirt. Members of some Baptist Churches get down and do some serious dancing in church. :)
