I've not seen any recruiting news lately. Are we expecting any new commitments in the near future? Are the remaining targets waiting till NSD? I was hoping that we could get Sweet to flip.

Randolph leads the SEC in tackles for a DB and there's a thread in the FF calling him out for poor play because he got burned by the best WR in college football.

I hate our fans sometimes.

I like Randolph but he has been largely a non factor this year. I can hardly remember any impact plays this year. He is a liability in open space. I will root for him always but he has not been the same since his injury.

Fooled me. We threw for 199 yards in the game. Dobbs hit a couple of mid-range throws. We challenged them with the tight ends down the seam a couple of times, but other than that we never really challenged them down the field through the air..

This is also incorrect. There were several on target deep passes, one of which drew a flag. We also utilized the TEs in the middle, but there were two drops by Wolf. This offense has another element to it with a running QB, pretty obvious when you watch the film.

You have some sort of bias against dual threat QBs, which is fine but don't act like Dobbs didn't have a great game last night considering the corcumstances

I thought that was obvious to everyone that watches football.

Dobbs had good first half, but he did not follow through with a good second half. If you want to act like Vandy fans, be my guest. We lost the game and are 0-4 in the SEC play this season.

I think you've made the mistake of thinKing anyone gives a crap about your opinion after all the times you've pompously thumped your chest (with no merit I might add) on this site.

I bet you kicked your dog, screamed at a old lady and gave a kid a wedgie today. I think Tux needs a snickers bar.

Bama sat back in a two deep cover 2 for the entire game. That is not how you game plan and defend a running QB. They played a base defense most of the night.

SC does not have the talent that Bama has. They ca not sit back in a cover 2 with the safeties deep and defend a running QB with their base front 7. I would venture that they will use their spur to creep into the box and shadow inside out on our QB and support the cut back lanes against our RBs. They will force our QB to beat them through the air. With our OL, do you really think that they are worried about our QB having time for our WRs to get deep?

Alabama felt that with our O-Line they could run their 3-4 and not need any changes because their defense is so good. Since no one else had been able to run on them there was no way that a lackluster Tennessee offense could. I'm sure that you and your 2 former Vandy player brothers and the 8 or 9 former NFL player friends sat at the dinner table today and discussed all this and came to the conclusion that you posted. Get over yourself.

It is sad to see our fans turn into Vandy fans and gloat about moral victories, because that is exactly how our fans are coming across on all UT boards today.

You can look at my post history, I have never been happy with a loss. I am happy that Dobbs coming in led our offense to more rushing yards than any team so far against BAMA. Our offense clicked last night against a legit SEC defense. That is one of the only times I could say that in the past 4-5 years

Even negavol me isn't upset Tux. Dobbs has given us hope on offense. Now, can he be consistent and win us some games? That's the question.

Good Lord Tux.

Why don't you just break out the old pitchfork, gather the rest of the village idiots and march to Knoxville to demand change.

No one is happy with losing. At this point our fan base is relegated to looking for improvement.

We saw improvement last night.

Here's your opportunity to make another "moral victories", "Vandy","blah blah blah".

We'll make room for you on the bandwagon next week.

I guess I'm a Vandy fan, cause I'm happy that we scored more rushing yards on Bama then any other team this year, and I am also happy that we scored more points against them than we have since 2003... Personally, in my world, that means that our team may have turned a corner with the addition of Dobbs. We'll see next week.
