I think even the positive people are tired of losing. Why wouldn't we be? It sucks.

But I am not about to piss and moan. Not my nature. Life is good, and our Vols will be back and win big games. It will be so much sweeter when it happens.

All this while playing 23 true freshmen.

All the complainers can keep complaining but the progress under CBJ is obvious to me.

We will make a bowl game barring an injury to Dobbs. No doubt in my mind anymore.

This team is gonna be alright. Dobbs is the man from here on out. Offense showed marked improvement at every position group tonight. Never satisfied with the result, but this is something to build on offensively whereas Florida and Ole Miss were not.

I'll have more thoughts after I digest this. But I'm proud of this team despite the final score. Now go win out.

It does suck but it doesn't feel hopeless anymore like it did under Dooley.

CBJ's teams fight to the final whistle. And the talent gap between us and the best in the sec is narrowing quickly.

No sense wasting time complaining and picking which coach to fire

For the offense, that may have been the most we've scored off Bama in years

Geez....A&M got destroyed last week. We lose by 14 and win the last 3 qts. Did I wonder into the football forum by accident? I'm getting tired of losing too but at least now I see hope. The last 5 years have been a black hole. Things are about to change for the better and I plan to enjoy the ride.

Yeah, different qb and the offense suddenly looks better. Against alabubba. Too bad we spotted 'em 27.

Hugh Freeze's cockiness bit him in the butt, as I knew it would eventually. Feel bad for the kids on that Rebels team, their coach failed them.

VOLS fought hard, even to the last drive by bama. Sutton saved us 6 points. We turn those field goals into touchdowns and it's real close at the end with the ball! Dobbs looked good escaping the pocket and improvising. We gotta connect on a long ball soon. Next week should be a good matchup. Go Vols!

Can't blame CBJ for trying to set us up better for the future. Was a necessity to burn the redshirt though. imo
