Sure, Dobbs was not an All-American last year, but do you think Worley would have gotten than long TD run vs UK last year? What about the long run vs Auburn. Oh and Dobbs completion percentage was higher even with North missing.
Dobbs is a bust, as it sits right now. There is a reason that he is behind Peterman and it has nothing to do with his possible future time in the program. He's a smart guy, but from what I hear (from a former starting national championship player) his arm strength is lacking and he can't make some of the throws. They are working on it. Take it for what its worth, which I know won't be much for those of you that are pinning for him to play.
A freshmen that has played all of a handful of games is not a bust. That is pure nonsense. I seen many QB's in college look bad in their early years only to shine later on. A freshman that struggles is not a bust. If he is struggling or bench warming as a junior than you can say bust. Until then he is unproven but certainly no bust unless you expected him to be lights out right out of the gate. GO VOLS!!!
We got destroyed by Auburn so Dobbs' long run ended up being irrelevant. Worley would have easily beaten Kentucky and probably would have beaten Vandy. He sure as heck likely would have played better against VU and Mizzou.

This. Dobbs and Peterman have atleast 2 years left so to say we are gonna hold on, when another guy has just as much time left, is absurd.
Make which throws? deep passes? We don't attempt those anyway.Dobbs is a bust, as it sits right now. Worleys started vs how many ranked SEC teams compared to Dobbs? Dobbs stunk up vs a very average Vandy team and beat UK. Worley's played vs a lot better teams then Dobbs
We will lose every game with peterman.... Bless his heart. Poor guy can't even get a clean snap. Why don't some of you get it?? This is the order and it is not changing!
Here it is:
1st Worley
2nd Peterman
3rd Dobbs
If Worley gets hurt?
1st Peterman
2nd Dobbs
If Peterman gets hurt?
1st Dobbs
2nd Uhhhhh Wegzyn I guess??
Then true freshman Devin Smith
Thats....Thats about it.
.
JFC I can't even.
