Clearly, the people running the hospital don't know what they're doing. How could they? They've never handled anything like this. But isn't the CDC supposed to be running point on this? Shouldn't they have known that the hospital couldn't handle this? Shouldn't they have demanded that Patient 0 be placed in a facility that could handle this (assuming there is one)? Especially in light of their own practice of only handling ebola with the strictest protocols (full body air pressure suits, etc.)? The CDC is not blameless in this.
You don't need the CDC to not send a West African who is a sick as a dog home without admitting him, watching him, isolating him, and testing him for Ebola. You don't need the CDC to isolate a guy that has tested positive for Ebola. You don't need the CDC to wear protection when interacting with the Ebola patient. If you don't know how to properly decontaminate, pick the damn phone and call the CDC.
You can't fix stupid. These guys were extra stupid at every turn. There is no defense for this hospital. They ****ed it up every way they could.

Where did you see that? I was on a SW flight last week from Cleveland that was going to Dallas.
Now Breaking: Second health care worker flew from Cleveland to Dallas the day before showing symptoms. CDC trying to contact all on that were on the plane.
