I do. They cheated ($$$) to land him in the first place. I mean, c-mon, man! How does a real shi!thole college/program suddenly land a bunch of top 10 national recruits, overnight...after such a dismal history?

What's worse is how could a black athlete choose a program whose moniker is Confederate Rebels who fought tooth and nail to keep their great-grandparents enslaved...and who, after the war was over, turned into a terrorizing organization, slaughtering newly freed slaves?

These recruits needs to study a little history. It's an outrage for a university in the 21st century to glorify anyone associated with the Confederate cause....period.

You are one simple, silly sob.

How did Butch Jones come out of nowhere and land a huge class?

Come out of nowhere? I have never used the proverbial "we are Tennessee" before but I will now. We are Tennessee. Our tradition speaks for itself. CBJ recruiting didn't come out of nowhere. Check the NFL we have always recruited great players.

Winston sat out of a game for standing up and saying something profane.

I would imagine that a bong modeling gig would land you on the bench for a Saturday. But it's hard to do the right thing when the stakes are so high (no pun intended).

ok college kid gets photo'd hitting from a bong.. half this board probably has the same pic of them floating around... shame these kids are under so much scrutiny.

I bet BYU needs some more fans. Just a FYI.

Thanks! I really appreciate your need to make it personal. We can disagree and be civil without you making a snarky comment aimed at reducing me, rather than my argument.

1. Not close to me being uncivil.
2. You have no argument.
3. I don't like people like you.

Hate a damn snitch, It's pathetic a Vol fan could stoop this low. Smdh

Aren't police officers, teachers, and all properly ordained human authorities "snitches" in a fundamental way?

Do you hate them all? Are they all dammed?

Just asking and trying to understand the mindset.

The Dufus did it an attempt to gain an advantage for his football team. He is a snitch. A very low life snitch.

The authority figures you referenced above aren't "snitches" because it's their job to enforce or obey dumb rules when evidence gets brought to their attention. A random third party who goes out of their way to get somebody else in trouble for a victimless "crime," however, is a snitching a$shole.

About half of all Americans admit to having tried marijuana at least once in their lives, including the three most recent U.S. Presidents. An even greater number now support its legalization. Given how nobody genuinely gives a crap anymore about marijuana use, this stunt is so petty and desperate it's pathetic.

That's the mindset.

He got suspended because the university was investigating his rape accusation and they had to know about the NY times article about how they get away with anything there, so not suspending him when that hit the news cycle would have added fuel to the fire. That offense was no where near suspension worthy

If we were a top 5 team right now.. and Jalen Hurd was an unstoppable force at running back.. and somebody who was a fan of a rival school was partying with him saw him hitting a bong.. I'm sure they'd snap a pic as well. Let's be serious here.

Ignorance or stupidity? ?

You decide, folks.

Most of us think both when reading your posts Wylo.

I like snitches...when it's damaging to an opponent of ours. Damn good deed busting out the pick when he did. :salute:

I don't know, because we have a not so distant tradition of winning, brand new complex/facilities...and we had a few Top 10 classes under Kiffin and Dooley?

Hard to imagine, I know. After all, this puny little stadium we play in only seats 102k+ and it's not like we had a Top 3 class in 2007 under Fulmer, either.... Oh wait.
