The OL will get better. No one can possibly think they are satisfied with their play. These true freshmen are not used to seeing the talent they are seeing week in and week out. Remember, these guys were playing a high school schedule the last full season they played. At the high school level, they just simply did not see D1 talent every game. They didn't need to have "perfect" technique to be effective. Their footwork and blocking technique will improve, and they were recruited because they have talent. Their talent will need to be further developed, and they will learn. Their pride alone will make them get better. Be patient. We are 4 points away from being 5-1.
Not only that...regardless of his accuracy/decisions last year, Dobbs is being redshirted???? He is the only hope with this OL that gets worse and worse. But nope, CBJ wants to red shirt him. This is stupid. Side note, Dobbs will graduate next year and be off to another school for graduate studies geared more towards major.
Possibly, or they just plain don't have the talent. There is a reason why those 3 guys never started until this year. They all look slow to me.Fuad Reveiz repeatedly said it's time for these guys to take off the diapers, so at least one former player(although a kicker) has called them out. And three of the five are upperclassmen, not freshmen. Jackson, Crowder, and Kerbyson are RS JRS. They've been in a college S&C program long enough to where "they're underdeveloped physically" is not a valid arguement. They're not being coached properly by their position coach.
And unfortunately they haven't improved much more than your posting ability. They are working on it though.

Is it fair to expect the juniors to improve significantly? They've been in this system for close to 2 years and they're all presumably fully developed men. When people keep blaming youth for the performances it creates an expectation that next season will be much better when chances are we'll be playing mostly the same guys.
oh. And thanks for throwing the personal attack in there after Freak has asked everyone to refrain from that.
Duh, Butch ALWAYS points to the right side as being freshmen if you ever listen to him.
