Sounds very solid to Ole Miss. Will be extremely difficult to flip. Hope we are in very good shape with Allen and Burrell.

It's going to be an uphill battle but I still think Jones has a good opportunity. Richmond was comfortable committing to the Vols before Ole Miss landed a commitment from mama. This will go down to NSD. Ole Miss has pretty good momentum right now but that can change very quickly. I think the gap narrows after this weekend.

I never realized how negative our fans were until I got on VN. I swear we could win a national title and the response within 24 hours would be something like "well butch can't win 2"

Maybe...but their first comment would be "effing coaches and players almost blew the game".

So the highly-touted Ole Miss offensive line commit is heading east to Knoxville and the campus of the University of Tennessee.

Richmond committed to Ole Miss amid much fanfare at his high school on Sept. 9. Since then, he hasn’t missed a single Ole Miss home game. In fact, he was among the thousands that rushed the field at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium last Saturday when No. 3 Ole Miss defeated Alabama.

This weekend’s visit to Tennessee was already in the cards for Richmond. He has said throughout his recruiting process that, even after he committed, he would take visits.

“I’m taking all my visits just to make sure,” he said Wednesday night. “I’m not going to flip this weekend or anything like that.”

In fact, Richmond will have his eyes peeled on the Rebels from Knoxville as they head west to play 14th-ranked Texas A&M.

“I think how we play Texas A&M will tell us a lot about this season,” Richmond said.

Richmond said his original plan last Saturday was to sit back and watch the field get rushed. But he was tugged along by another recruit.

“I wasn’t going to, but*CeCe Jefferson*made me,” he laughed. “That’s my dog. I’ve got to get him to Ole Miss.”..... His extended visit this weekend can only help us in the end.

Never good when the recruit is using "we" and saying he needs to get so and so to join him at the school.

ZERO chance of him flipping. He's just enjoying the process. It is what it is folks, move on and accept who we have....

Rocky Top Insider talking about Richmond on their daily radio stream. Points of note:

Not ready to call Richmond to Tennessee, but feels Tennessee has a legitimate chance to flip him. Host argued he has trouble calling Richmond an Ole Miss commit when he's taking his entire family to the instate school on a visit. Said his "commitment" to Ole Miss was more a matter of him visiting Ole Miss last before shutting his recruitment (temporarily) down.

Pointed out that he talks with Tuttle and McKenzie regularly. Retweets messages from Tennessee fans.

I hope this young buck realizes UT is just a couple of offensive lineman away from being very good on offense this year. He has a great shot @ starting next season @ UT. I hope he chooses pride for his homestate school over the rebel bandwagon. BTW I hope A&M rips ole missy

I went from 189 to 142 in 3 months. It wasn't muscle loss just fat. I have never been toned to the bone.

Grilled food and 0 bread or soda.

I'm 5'8 and don't carry 180 well. It was a biggest loser contest with the wife. She went from 148 to 123 doing the same thing. Size 8 to a size 3. I have kept it off better. Just sayin.

What thread is this again?

I went from 186 to 166 at 5'9 in the last 4 months. I drink a few sodas but no bread and a lot of protein. I switched to doing a lot of weights and then 45 min cardo afterwards and I'm getting cut and built from the switch. At 37 I'm feeling young again!

Wife went from 114 to 108 working with me. I would say she will keep it off better!

I believe this is the weight loss/workout thread.

Nice.

Y'all are some small ass people. 180 would be a healthy size for me. At 5'11 I have a broad frame so it supports 180 perfectly.

Lol...

5'9" is pretty small but I was a CC runner in hs and college. At 166 I can bench 200 or do 200 elevated push-ups in 5 sets as well as other heavy weight sets. I thought I would hold at 177 with the weight increase but when I started doing hard cardio after my sets, the strength stayed and the weight dropped heavily. Protein helps too!

That's great for your size.If you want too see something really cool friend request Tiny on Instagram. He is doing a work out doing pull ups at 330+ lbs.Largest person I've ever seen do unassisted pull ups.

SIAP but I think it's extremely beneficial that his school is on fall break and doesn't have a game Friday. He's coming in on Thursday and will spend the whole weekend. That can't hurt our chances!

I'm a big guy, not even close to that big, but I'd have difficulty doing pull-ups on the space station.
