Ladies & gentlemen bad news on the Fire Fulmer Coaching scene:

1. CPF doesn't want to think there's a problem.
2. UT recruits on its facilities & tradition.
3. Unfortunately, CPF is politically connected.
4. Hamilton is void of football balls.
5. Cutcliff for what ever reason by some is considered an offensive treasure.
6. CPF is afraid he will be upstaged by some intelligent Coach.
7. Too many UT Fans loyal to the Staff vs. the betterment of UT Football.
8. Many UT Fans are in denial. UGA w beat crap out of UT in 08, UF will totally embarrass UT...again.
9. UT's Coaching Staff is clueless about today's football themes, especially CPF.
10. Last but far from least; CPF1M $ contribution.

The name has changed, unfortunately the offense hasn't.

Plus I didn't want to banned, you know how some over sensitive "fans" are.

My complaint with CBF is that he might be loyal to a fault. There were many times this year I thought he should pull EA for a series or two to let him know his performance was unacceptable and he better get his head in the game. I will never understand some of EA’s mental lapses. They are unacceptable for a senior quarterback.

The same goes for some of DC's playcalling. There were many times yesterday when the defense or special teams came away with a big play. Rather than going for the juggler DC called conservative plays that went 3 and out more often that not.

We don’t know what goes on behind close doors but I hope CPF would be saying, “WTF guys this is unacceptable”. However judging by results, I think EA and DC have free reign to do what they want..

I totally agree with this point!! In that regard, I say let Ainge play 1 QT of the bowl for posterity sake, and then give the ball to the new guy coming in behind him. As for the other "fire fulmer" stuff- it ain't gonna happen so they/we might as well sit back and relax.

Fulmer is here for awhile and deservedly so. Think of Alabama. We had a better season than them they would've loved to be in our shoes. they lost to UL Monroe!

I'm really disappointed. Is everyone so sure that he will keep his job or is everyone content on ignoring the fact we have not won a title since 1998, just happy that we got there this year?

He should step down or Hamiliton should fire him.

Merged into oblivion Isn't going to happen until he decides... We all fail to realize who is in charge of the UT Football Program... Coach Phillip Fulmer...Got there under shady Dealings, but the Firing of JM was justified, but he should have let the AD handle it versus being the Cause and fire lighter...He is in Control...

#2. Rod Wilks said he was going to the school that recruited him the hardest and he said Tennessee brought it.#8. If that is how you really feel please just pull for someone else next year.

Thanks but no thanks. I will always pull for Tennessee. I just wish we could hire some SEC worthy Coaches.

Sorry you feel everything is cool. I never believe in arriving to a show via the back door.

Erroneous statement. Tennesse didn't back door anything.

:banghead2::banghead2:

Damn right its a diffeent game. Instead of going for it on fourth down in their end zone, we kick a field goal and go up by 2.
if he makes that 2nd field goal, we never score our 2nd TD. So we would've been trailing by more.

So the Holliday fumble only occurred because Tennessee missed a field goal?

Holliday only carries when opposing teams miss field goals?

only at that spot on the field

So Holliday only carries at the opposing team's 30 to 40 yard lines?

If you want to really play hypothetical games, say Tennessee makes the field goal. LSU takes the ensuing kick off to about the 30 - 35 yard line. Does Holliday still get the carry?

who knows, we got the fumble with good FP. The FP wouldnt have been that great if we had kicked if off probably

Fulmer doesn't go until Thunder Thorton decides! Thorton told Hamilton to put the raise and extension out there and stand behind the coach. Even after the Clemson debacle and Hamilton stated he would never address those issues again until the last game has been played. So now we truly know who is making the decisions.

Therefore we as fans must do as the Vandy fanbase and be content with moral victories.
