Justin hunter would be lucky if titans eventually traded him. Whiz is a dink and dunk guy. Hunter is a deep ball guy.

Not their style of QB. He wants drop back pocket passers which is the biggest problem with Locker, other than he sucks.

Mettenberger is likely the future if he progresses like he did in the preseason.

They need a pass rush, bad.

I think we have a great chance of winning, but IMO the 80% of the people on this board predicting a blowout are awfully confident against a team we haven't beaten in 9 years.

Yeah I know:

- Butch > Muschamp
- they almost lost to UK
- Bama blew them out

And I know we have a more talented and disciplined team than in years' past, but we also have a patchwork, inexperienced OL and their strength is rushing the passer. Also, we will be without 1, possibly 2, of our better receivers.

Not trying to be a negaVol (I'm the most optimistic Vol fan I know) because I do think we win, but this is my meager attempt at tempering expectations.

It's going to be a battle, especially with Florida having an extra week to prepare.

I think we are going to see Treon Harris saturday. This could be good and bad at the same time. Good because that would mean that Driscoll is sucking out loud and they put the freshman in, Bad because it wouldnt be the first time Tennessee got to the backup QB and he lit it up on us!
I think there is a clear line between us old school fans vs the young guns as to the score of the game. Even the Florida people I have talked to think we win but if you are over 40 we have to see a blowout to believe it. If you are 25 then you are certain its going to happen.

Since I would much rather be 25 than 45, Im going to suspend my reservations and go with the whipper snappers on this one! Go Vols:crossfingers:

And the gap between him and Peyton, for me, isn't as wide as it is for most people based SOLELY on their performances while at UT.

Yeah I don't care what he runs. A guy his size shouldn't be able to run and make people miss like he does and still have power. He is a freak. He also hasn't had a ton of clear shots to hit full gear early in games either when he is fresh.
