How bad does UGA beat Vandy. I'm saying 31-7 due to Vandy not being able to score and Gurley having a great day on the ground. The thing is if they hold him under 200 yards rushing they will say they are better than us.

As long as UT beats them on the field it doesnt matter what they say.

I actually used to kind of root for Vandy years ago, before I began paying scant attention to their arrogant-arse, classless and delusional fans and before they hired that POS Franklin. I can honestly say that finding out Franklin got smoked by Northwestern yesterday took some of the sting out of losing to Georgia. Can't stand that jackass.

gurley wont play very much. maybe into the third qtr. Vandy has been held without an offensive TD in 3 of their 5 games. They might get a TD if their lucky. They cant take advantage of UGAs weakness in the secondary bc their pass game is even worse. They are atrocious in every facet.

People here railing on Franklin (who I don't like either) while we did the same thing and defended Lane Kiffin nonstop while he was at UT. Ironic.

I've always been rather proud to have Vanderbilt in Tennessee and the SEC. It is very good academically pretty much across the board and among the best in the nation in several diciplines.

That said, we could always count on Vandy to play their hearts out against the VOLS, hey it was the end of the season and the closest to a bowl they ever got. Like Kentucky, they even beat us once in a great while.

So, we make up jokes like:

Q: How many Vandy cheerleaders does it take to put in a lightbulb?

A: 5 - 4 to go for Diet Pepsi and 1 to call daddy for help.

Q: What's the difference between Vandy players and UT players?

A: UT players sweat ... Vandy players perspire.

Problem is Vandy fans think their sweat don't stink since Franklin.

People say things like this a lot. Unless you know specifically of someone trashing Franklin here who defended Kiffin, you're just throwing sh*t at a wall.

LOL you know damn well almost everyone on this board LOVED it when Kiffin bashed Florida and Bama and so forth while talking nonstop recruiting smack about bringing in the best class in the country.



I hated Kiffin from the beginning. Same can't be said for many here on this board. Fact is most here would have LOVED Franklin if he was wearing orange. To argue otherwise when so many here are so starved for success that we're still pumping Butch 7-9 Jones as the next great UT coach is simply disingenuous.

I just hate hypocrisy from so many who loved the biggest douche to ever walk the sidelines. Lane Kiffin was loved at UT by this fanbase and that is sickening considering the scumbag he is. Only time this fanbase didn't like him as a whole was the day he left because it proved every other fanbase in the SEC that couldn't stand him right.



James Franklin took Vanderbilt to a bowl game every year. He would have been loved by this fanbase, period.

Any reason you posted a 5 year old thread I never posted in as a response?

I wasn't a huge fan of Kiffin. He did good things with our offense and Crompton specifically, but he was too arrogant and was going to get us in even worse trouble with the NCAA than he did had he stayed.

It's a little weird that you're getting so hostile about this. Fanklin is a POS and people can not like him if they want. Don't need your permission.

As stated, I don't like Franklin. Nothing hostile about pointing out hypocrisy since Franklin is a spitting image of Kiffin. Never said people can't like him. I don't either. At the same time, I recognize that he's a very good coach that would have been loved by UT fans because he won football games, period. I can't say for sure that I would have disliked him either if he was winning games for us.
