I hate to sound like a Bama fan...but when the competition is Old Piss, if we can get an OV we still have a chance here. Their gameday atmosphere on an OV would not compare to ours...especially for the Florida or Alabama games. Don't let tomorrow get you down guys! (And there will be good news on Sept 26th!)

Curious to see just how hard they stay on him. Options are slim already and if they get back in with someone like Sweet etc, can they afford to slow play until NSD or do they grab the next in line and move on.

I get Richmond is a stud and a top target but just curious more than anything to see how they approach that position if he indeed does choose Ole Miss.

How Tenn fans handle his announcement tomorrow could be a factor in whether or not we are able to flip him down the road...If Tenn fans lash out at him on social media and make asses of themselves on VN or other boards or give him and his family a hard time in Memphis, Richmond may still flip but it won't be to Tennessee. It is important that as a fan base we handle this with class.

While I agree UT is head and shoulders better, Ole Miss isn't exactly Vandy for game days.. There's a ton of beautiful girls and the grove is a fun atmosphere. It's not like he's choosing between a 10 and a 2, UT is a 10 but ole miss is a solid 6 with some nice features that can be blinding.

if he rather stay closer to home, good for him, good luck to him, But if he chooses another school, I don't care anymore about him

I was there for our game in 2009 (the Dexter McCluster game) and on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 5...I saw the same things you are pointing out and yet it just doesn't compare to the big programs in the SEC. Ole Miss football has a relatively low ceiling. There are three programs in the SEC that have no chance of ever making it to Atlanta for the SECCG and they are one of them.

As a star football player, you have unlimited access to all the snow bunnies you want. I'd pick my school based on other factors. Arizona St. is the possible exception though.

I've had a bad feeling about Richmond for a while. Also we haven't had a ton of success with Memphis kids lately.

That said, hope he shocks everybody and picks the Vols. I don't like how these CB predictions ruin the surprise for everybody. Would be nice to see them all get it wrong for once and it go our way.

Problem is there will be some of that and no way of knowing if it is really UT fans. Opposing fans pose as UT fans just to hurt us if they can. The internet is an evil place...not sure why I'm on here.

honestly, i cant wait for this decision to be over....It would be nice for a change to have somebody pick another team(if indeed he does commit to ole miss) and then have an announcement declaration scheduled for national day where we as UT fans dont have to worry about a guy decommiting from UT....Dont think this is his final decision(probably wrong, but u never know)...Not saying it will happen but chasing a guy rather then praying that we hold on to a commit is less stressful IMO....

I agree. Please guys don't lash out at him or his family, just wish him luck or some other pleasantry. :thumbsup:

Not gonna happen.Have you seen some of the morons we have on twitter.I can't believe some of them are smart enough too activate an account and use it.It will be brutal.You can take that too the bank.

Some are not even Vol fans, they are just trying to make us look bad. Not saying some are not "Vol fans", but just making it look like more of them out there.

Yeah, I know, wishful thinking. One was can always hope. These recruits need to have think skin because of the fans lashing out.
