I doubt Elder is holding a meeting over the punt protection. When you run that scheme you're letting the rusher run around that shield unblocked. That wasn't someone not blocking. That's the scheme.

It is concerning that this is the 2nd team in 2 weeks we've come close to having a punt blocked.
