I tell you what, I will stop saying the US armed ISIS if you can explain to me how the US can lose over a dozen airliners with all of the satellite and intelligence equipment we have at our disposal, yet we can manage to pinpoint the origins of a missile that brought down a Malaysian airliner.

Brandon Webb, former Navy SEAL and best friend of Glenn Daugherty has spoken about the secret Benghazi mission several times on his radio show. Trey Gowdy practically begged the press to investigate Benghazi, but for some reason they didn't. The US provided air strikes to support radical Muslims fighting Qhaddafi. Also, US officials have been open about providing support and weapons to groups fighting Assad in Syria. ISIS didn't magically appear in Iraq, they came from Syria. How much more proof do you need?

Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of Obama physically handing a jihadi an AK

That's a pretty simple answer really.

Being that we were very likely closely monitoring the Ukraine since the threat from Russia invading and/or Russia providing covert support to the rebel factions, it's highly logical we could determine the origin and type of missile used in a short period of time.

We have no more forces or even embassy staff in Libya with the ongoing civil war it's harder to track something that isn't really a weapon so to speak. We have enough on our plates with ISIS in Syria/Iraq and the Ukraine without worrying about airliners sitting on the ground in Libya. Having said that, who says they aren't tracking them or trying to find them now?

So a dozen airliners that aren't weapons are not being tracked because they are not weapons. We are (likely) monitoring the situation in the Ukraine very closely and (likely) have SIGINT and other intelligence capabilities in the country or nearby that can tell what kind of missile it was from the radar signals.

It doesn't matter. I don't care if the group is called Muslim brotherhood, al queda, Hamas, or ISIS. they're all radicals and we shouldn't be supporting them. We missed the chance to support any moderates in the region.

You're right. I was referring to the groups we are providing support to in the ME. The Kurds are certainly not radicals (I'm not even sure a majority are practicing Muslims) and I support arming them. I actually lived with a Kurdish Battalion for a year. Really, really good people that have had a rough time and they love Americans. It is a shame that we haven't given them more support.

So wait... based off of that video, they could get an outline of the veins in Jihadi John's hand and match it with other hands in their database to determine who is under the mask?

But I'm supposed to believe that a missing Libyan jetliner is going to somehow sneak across the Atlantic and be used in a terror attack here in the US?

Does this make sense to any of you people? Really?

Seems like UK is leaning towards starting military action in the form of airstrikes against ISIS. Conservative MPs were consulted on this by Senior Whips today.

I'm all for a joint, co-ordinated military effort against ISIS by the West and major powers in the Middle East. It's about time this disgusting organisation was wiped from the face of the Earth. Al Qaeda is pretty much in desperation mode at this point as a result of recent military operations e.g. drone strikes, the same can be done to ISIS.

I also hope that Obama and Cameron are considering deploying special forces to rescue the hostages. I'd like to see SAS and Delta Force kick some Jihadi butt.

If you read the article, it said the jets were going to be used against targets in North Africa and even that is a stretch.

pretty sure that that was part of the original pull out plan set up by Bush, the hand over of Iraqi POWs/terrorists to Iraq. But I am sure somebody will come along and correct me or jump on me for mentioning Bush's part.
