I remember seeing some footage of him doing some 7 on 7. Not sure if it was a Rivals camp though. Other than that, they could have re-evaluated him after he received a few more offers like UT and Bama

Dormady has prototypical size at 6-foot-4, 210 pounds, and as a sophomore he showed plenty of potential. However, there were questions after an injury which kept him off the field as a junior. This spring and summer, he showed he was back and ready to compete. He threw with nice touch, velocity, and accuracy. It did not take long to see he was back and he was going to make some noise as a senior. -- Jason Howell, Mid-South region analyst

Can't wait till this kid is a soph. A few years in the system and we will be rockin n rollin on O. Our Wrs will be Jrs and Srs and our D should be pounding sand by then.

I've been letting it go when I see you post about how I'm a "troll" and a "joke" but I've had it now. I bleed orange and lose sleep over star ratings/wins loses/other things. You need to realize that what is happening around here is bigger then you.

Ugh.. I think that they are giving you a hard time because of your opinions of low star commits who have yet to be totally evaluated by the recruiting services, but however have been evaluated by the coaches. Clearly the coaches have taken commits from guys and then the recruiting sites evaluate and tend to agree with our Coaching staff that our commits are not two stars after all. Moral of the story our opinions don't mean much on these kids and trust the coaches, whilst bleeding orange.

You do know that star ratings are not going to help on the field. The players don't wear star ratings on their uniform. This ain't Dungeons and Dragons or some other nerdy game where star ratings mean you have more power or something.

yep, though the season hasn't started and he didn't play last year, dude in a cubicle knows whats up and knows he is a much better than he was a few weeks ago

Hope he is an "EE" and gets a heavy dose of the playbook once he gets here.
With the receivers that we have, we need a q.b. who can throw the ball, so once WorleyBird is gone, I don't see Dobbs as being the starter for the entire season.
Dobbs may start the first few games then Dormandy will take the reins after the Florida game.
