Hello my name is :Tariq Owens

That's your sole opinion, sort of like the ever sliding scale of top 20 classes and top 100 players

It's not my fault that uhave trouble grasping the concept of recruiting highly skilled players. I think the majority agrees with me that 18,17,16,15,14 wins or whatever doesn't really matter if u r sitting at home.

If you have to pick one it's pretty simple, or so I thought, there's no writing off a season. Then again you are a sixers fan so I Can see why you would think that lol

Yeah I stick with my team no matter how bad the Sixers or the Vols are. I could follow Lebron around from city to city like you do instead. Yeah I remember thinking during Buzz balls last season when he won 14 games.....why can't we get back to the glory days when we went 17-12.

I don't like the NBA, I'm sorry that offends you, don't be so emotional.

I'm sorry you don't grasp this, and would rather lose in exciting fashion, I prefer wins no matter how ugly.

Edit: again, I forget you're a sixers fan, it explains you're F'd thought process.

U should watch more NBA instead of Dr Phil....you are always worried about my emotional state of mind. It's just a message board Phil, I don't need you to psychoanalyze me.

Damn I wasn't quick enough to catch all of your edits. During bad seasons( anything not in the tournament)....I remember huge wins instead of the meaningless three extra victories. One of my favorite games of all time was during a horrid wade Houston. Tennessee taking out Shaquille led LSU with Allan and Lang delivering dagger after dagger.

Once again, you like losing in exciting fashion over winning in boring fashion, I don't. That's ok.

BTO, I gotta call you out. You are a Lebron fan. You spent all of last June arguing with me and my brother in the twitterverse.

I don't recall saying I wasn't? Infact that's exactly what volbeast33 was referring to, what're you talking about?

I said I'm not a NBA fan, which is why I don't root for a team, I like lebron so I've always pulled for him...not sure what you're referring to.

Is that Pearl pic still smudged, or just crunchy now? Surely you can afford the ink to print a new one?

Wasn't you the one that had the pearl pic....I have stated more than once that I can't stand Pearl....the love u feel for Zo still flows freely through the message board.

Funny, cause anytime anyone says anything remotely negative about him you're right there taking up for him lol.

You may not realize, but the way you feel I am about Martin, you're twice as bad with Pearl. He could've killed someone and you'd tell us all how it was ok becaue he did it for Tennessee and Hamilton should've grown some balls lol

Well I just assumed you were a fan of nba since you were a fan of Lebron. I thought you were saying you didn't follow nba.

I think it's ok to pick a player to follow and root for in the nba instead of a team. I do something similar. I pick a team or player to root against. Jordan and the bulls were my favorite team through the 90's. Since then it's been whoever was playing the lakers, the spurs, the heat all at different times. I've bandwagon jumped around a lot. Currently my favorite teams are the spurs (who I once despised) and the grizz.

I didn't watch NBA hardly at all pre-Lebron, followed him and really liked the guy so started watching him and rooting for him, that's it.

I think a team that overachieves and goes 17-13 can be way more entertaining than a team that goes 19-11 and underachieves.

I'll give a hypothetical. Let's assume last years team gets left out which was very possible considering we were in the play in game.

This years team goes 17-13 and it's possible that it feels like a better season than the one I described above.

It's all about perception.
