Exactly highly rated didn't do anything at ky left and tore up at Georgia state so if that doesn't prove my point I'm talking to my
5 year old sister

im so confused on your point.....it means that its much easier to dominate at Georgia State than kentucky.

That's much different than your original post...

The most talented and hard working players are often unranked

Do some guys fly under the radar? Absolutely, Chris Lofton is a good example of someone who did. However, saying "the most talented players are often unranked" is complete BS.

The NBA drafts the best players available, out of 30 first round draft picks, remove the international guys, and about 95% of 1st round picks are guys who were ranked coming out of high school.

My point is that the guys who don't get offers are the best players Uk thought he was good when he wasn't uk good

Pretty sure UK is the poster child for highly rated players. You might want to pick a different school as an example of success with a bunch of guys that don't get offers.
