I have no problem with a voice of dissension. Otherwise, everybody just tells each other how great we are.

Provoking serious thought is a good thing.

Now concerning the continuous number rehashing....... :)

He is at BAMA for the second week in a row. ugh. Not sure why Butch placed him in at East Mississippi Community College. We haven't had a very good track record with this school.....and from the looks of things DJ Jones may be following Pettway and Reed from last year to BAMA. This pisses me off.

I think we got one in Northeastern Oklahoma from the sounds of it. Granted if they decide not to take Martin, not sure how that plays out in the future.

Yes that is the word out of Tuscaloosa.

The HC at EMCC apparently has a house in Tuscaloosa and goes back on the weekends pretty often to take care of it. Thus players on the team travel with him for free when he goes sometimes....

This is part of the reason we went from long time favorite for Jarran Reed to losing him to BAMA last year.....

I fear the same thing is happening here with DJ Jones...we should never bother to recruit EMCC again if he goes to BAMA...i hope we **** on that crooked staff.

He did have bama as his #2 behind UT. Maybe he is just taking advantage of his Juco coaches "free rides" to see bama a couple times quickly so he can go ahead and pick TENNESSEE and end his recruitment.

Top JUCO DL D.J. Jones has visited Alabama and USC in June. The four-star, who recently released a top ten with the Tide checking in at no. 2, had high praise for his visit to Tuscaloosa.
"It was a really good visit. I got to sit down with Coach (Nick) Saban and Coach (Bo) Davis and we talked some ball and where they see me playing. They were stressing how much they need me," detailed Jones, who was teammates of current Tide defensive linemen Jarran Reed and D.J. Pettway at East Mississippi C.C.
The Piedmont (S.C.) native has Tennessee as his leader, citing his relationship with the Vols staff dating back to his time as a high school prospect. He also has Clemson and South Carolina 3rd and 4th respectively, saying that there's no separation between the programs. Jones plans to visit FSU and Florida next.

I am hopeful DJ is a loyal guy that sees what is coming together on the hill. He walks in and starts. At Bama he gets in the rotation possibly. Will see how it plays out.
