It's not just for commitments. It's evolved into that, but all relative high priority news is welcomed and celebrated.

Sorry my friend. This is incorrect.

Not to get in a peeing contest, but I have been around here a lot longer than you. And that thread is not just for commitments. Hence the name "Hot Recruiting News". Which may be confused with but does not actually mean "hot commitment news". Yes, as of late, it has mostly been used for commitments. But it was not always this way. There used to be links to things like visits. And recruits' comments about visits. Etc.

Again Jr's visit today is hot news on here today. And not everyone checks this thread. But most probably do check the stickied thread of links at the top. So mayhap they will check it and see the topic and click on the link to follow volatil's visit details.

I'm not sure I see the problem.
