I quit watching after about 30 minutes, couldn't take the update every 10 minutes of what every person on espn thinks about a player that came very close to not being drafted.

I just looked at the ESPN website list at the top of the screen to see who was being drafted. I couldn't bear to listen to that crap on TV.

Frankly I was shocked. Incredulous. Disbelieving. Near catatonic. Stunned at the scene I was witnessing on ESPN...the Oakland Raiders possibly put together their best draft in 15+ years.

Regarding Sam, if he can successfully contain the edge, get a couple sacks, and cover RBs/TEs, he will play in the NFL. If he cannot do these things asked of him, he will not play in the NFL. Hype of any type only carries you so far.

Why he’s got to go at OLB or situational. He’ll get some cover because Fisher has darn near reimagined the Fearsome Foursome by adding Donald. Just hope they don’t make him sing the old “Ram It” theme song.

It would be wild if the Rams got a stout defense like they had when Youngblood,Brooks,Olson and Dryer were playing in the 1970s.
