Well said and I agree. Surprised he is going that far away with his dad being sick. Florida State is the one place I did not think he would go out of the places he was looking at. Gregory at Tech pushes players hard as well. He probably likes playing for a more laid back coach. If so, then he does not need to attend UT or GT. Hope he does well and loses many games to the Jackets.

The Cofers bleed more orange than you ever will. Born and raised Knoxvillians. Phillip wanted desperately to play here. Tyndall dropped the ball from Day 1.

It's been said here many times Tyndall wanted him here. Am I wrong that he was wanted here? I'm not trashing the kid but if he's truly wanted here and chose FL State it calls into question whether he really bleeds orange. If I'm wrong about him being wanted here then I'm totally off base.

He was wanted here, but the damage had been done already and ended up being irreconcilable.

No trying to be a jerk but I don't know you so you can say you know him and just be an acquaintance or be his best friend.
