I think we can move on from him. We will not see him here at Tennessee unless a miracle happens.

Were not giving up on him some on TOS saying he probably want even visit now. If he visits we have a miracle chance. I believe his coach when he says we are third, but I still have hope. I think another week will decide everything we have guys out there waiting for scholarships and were holding one for Phil he will have to visit by the 15th or it will be over.

I think the same can be said for Thompson and AJ the wait want be much longer before their scholarships will no longer be available.

So obviously his coach who spoke with AJC was out of the loop when he said GaTech or Florida State.

Cofer's dad says Ga Tech has been eliminated and VT, FSU and UT are the finalists.

This. I was worried he wanted to stay close to home. I really like our chances. Now go lock up Hubbs, Mostella, Ellis, USM two recruits and Owens and we will have a great team next year!

If Ellis is here I'll be shocked, and if Cofer is here I don't think Carmichael is.

His coach giving out false information it appears. Now I am excited when you look at the three teams left it feels like Tennessee will be his destination.

If Cofer commits, don't you think it then comes down to Carmichael or Owens? I know that Owens would be rated higher, but if he says no or drags his feet, is Carmichael next? Or am I missing a possible recruit?

We need more bigs than just Cofer and McGhee right? I know Carmichael is similar. Just curious.

Think you're spot on. That Owens has an OV scheduled for next week and Carmichael doesn't is pretty solid evidence.

Looking at this now: Mostella, Punter, Richardson, Suarez, Hubbs
Pops, McGhee, Cofer, Owens, Moore, Reese , McKnight

Need another guard it seems if this happens and Carmichael would not have an opening. I think we'd rather go McKnight than Carmichael because he is a freshman. I think Pops is 13 on the bench unless he makes great strides this summer.

We did have 6 open, now technically 8. If we were to get McGhee, Cofer, and Owens, would we consider another big? That basically means we have those 3 plus Reese and Pops at the 4-5 (with Pops probably not getting much time).
