I think we are greeting adoreed that should be in the vfl dictionary adoreed to get your hopes up for a elite level recruit only to be let down.

@Niebuhr247: Earlier I Tweeted that 5-star QB Torrance Gibson was at #Auburn. Sounds like he didn't make it. Told me, "I had family problems."

So he isn't actually at Auburn. That's good news I guess!

I think he goes to T.O.S.U. because we will already have 2 on our roster for next season.

Worley will graduate & Peterman will likely transfer. That leaves Dobbs & Ferguson to fight it out for a job.

Yes, but that's not the reason why. If he ends up as OSU it's because we landed Jennings and Gentry.

Although I would be just as happy with Gibson and Jennings.

I don't follow football recruiting as much as others but, is he a sure thing at QB or could he end up playing WR?

My feelings are that if WorleyBird wins & Keeps the starting job this season, then we have a real, real good chance of getting Gentry.

However; if Ferguson wins the job, then Gentry will have to come in here an unseat the previous season's starter.


I am just nervous about competing with the big wigs, T.O.S.U., U.S.C. West, Florida, F.S.U., UGA, Penn State, Michigan, etc. etc. for Gentry.

Man if he picked UT do you know how that would set our recruiting off this season?!?!?! This would be the equivalent of landing Hurd last cycle.
