HBO's "Game of Thrones"

I have some d-bag friend on FB who has to update his status in a way that let's you know he read the books and knew all about the red wedding, purple wedding, etc. long before all the TV viewers did. Well, I guess the temptation to show off his knowledge was too much for him and he dropped a huge spoiler on his status just now.

Makes me want to murder.

Also, I'm interested to know how they reveal who did the poisoning. I don't believe the show has ever done flashbacks, but I think just writing it into dialog does this event a disservice. Hmmm....

Some butthat on YouTube spoiled the Red Wedding for me...

About Joffrey's murder or about something else?

The interweb is dark and full of spoilers

something else

If anybody here is on Something Awful beware, someone changed one of the forum names to a major spoiler that should happen around episode 9 this season. As a book reader it didn't spoil me, but I think it's complete bull**** someone would do that (but that is Goons for you). That said I've seen many fake spoilers out there so I hope you got fake spoiled.

I hate people complaining they got spoiled on something that already happen on the show. I seen people whining Sunday night that they got spoiled on the Purple Wedding, because they was waiting to watch it. Common sense should tell you to stay off social media until you watch.

Good episode overall. Awaiting the newest book "Winds of Winter" to come out. Hurry up George R.R. Martin, I have been waiting forever!!!! To the non-book readers, I'd they stay true to the books, it's only going to get better!

Yeah a buddy of mine said a guy he works with reads the books, and apparently he said the purple wedding is just the beginning, and things are about to get crazy.

I just want to ask this, because I love redheads, but without giving any details, can someone at least tell me if Sansa ever does ANYTHING of importance? Just a yes or no will suffice.

She already did. She cost her Father his neck.

Sansa does indeed have a role to play. Importance is a matter of perspective though.

Ya know, that's a darn good question. She does seem somewhat superfluous at this point.

Wasn't Tyrion already setup by Cersei once to take the fall for Bran? (no pun intended)

I don't recall if Cersei did it or Littlefinger did it. The assassin who tried to off him had a knife that Littlefinger gave to Tyrion (or something like that). Not sure if it was a LF plot or Cersei plot. Either way, it got Tyrion tossed into sky-jail at the Erye.

It was Cersei - she reprimands LF for failing at it later on when she asks him to spy on Ned.
