He's this generation's Mark Few. He has already built his strong program and maintains universal respect. The prestige that he's put into VCU, and the comparable lack of it throughout the rest of the conference, means that he has got a consistent tournament team on his hands.
No way he risks losing that acclaim, now. He's going to be at VCU until either the NBA or a giant comes calling that's not in need of rebuilding (e.g. Duke, UNC, Kentucky).
