We didn't finish where we were suppose to that year. Sorry but Martin failed to get consistent play. The same thing that plagued him this year.

I don't get it. The "Fans" hated Cuonzo as a coach. They hate the players for sticking up for their coach. ETC. What the hell are you "Fans" of if not the AD. Not the admin. Not the players.

Like ya, you're classy as they come but they might be writing the same article about Muschamp a year from now. Coaches get paid well to produce, and up until the very last moment Martin wasn't producing.

Most fans wanted Martin here. They could clearly see the progress and improvement being made in Tennessee basketball under Martin. No, it was the short-sighted, immature, irrational, toxic minority within the "fan base" that led to this unfortunate departure.

Comparing freshmen years like we were.

Hubbs 5.0 ppg 9/32 3pt 28% 12 games
McRae 1.8 ppg 1/9 3pt 11% 10 games

How did he not do more than Mcrae as a freshman? He did a lot better while hurt.

UT AD has a national microphone hot... sitting right in front of him. I do wish he would disown the fringe nutsos that give Vol Fans a black eye and talk about what an amazing, passionate, dedicated fan base we have at UT - how we expect to win big and win often,... and how we plan to do just that.

hubbs shot 75 times vs 19, hubbs played in 12 games vs 10 ,and hubbs avg 18 min a game vs 5 min. If the roles were reversed Hubbs would of been getting 5 min a game.
Come back when hubbs is a sr and then try and talk about how great hubbs is. until then your just throwing stuff out there and hope it sticks.

The only reason anyone is upset is because he left us. Just 2 months ago everyone was trying to run him off! Now it's a pity party because he left. Hate it but it is what it is. Moving on to Gregg Marshall!
