Tennessee certainly isn't the only school recruiting him as a quarterback. Auburn and Mississippi State are very much in it and are recruiting him hard as a qb as well.

247 shows he has only visited UT once, candy 3 times, and osu once. No visits to bama, au, or miss st. What's the chance he commits to a school he has not visited if in fact he is getting tired of the recruiting process?

Not saying 247 is wrong on Jennings visits but I've noticed they don't always update the timelines accurately on visits.

I saw that. BS just posted an article about his upcoming decision with the kids dad doing a breakdown of his final 6. Maybe he gave something away or is just setting Barton up to flop once again.

yeh...i dont know what to think. i really doubt his dad gave away where he was going but it does make you wonder why barton was so quick to change his tune.

He flip flops more than anyone on his predictions. That said my guess is since he just interviewed the father he knows something. The father may have told him he's going to Auburn. That kind of surprises me though if he wants to be a QB, I know he fits the system, but with them already having Queen committed in the same class and likely now about to land Gibson I'm a bit surprised. Those are two very highly rated elite guys at that position. The fact that he attends Blackmon doesnt help either. Isn't that a big-time pro Auburn school and pretty anti-Tennessee?

auburns QB after marshall is Johnson. hes really good.

he hasnt visited AU so if he knows hes going to AU then they have made their minds up without even seeing the place. who knows man

Yeah Auburn is pretty stacked at QB for the future, especially if they add Gibson to go along with Queen in this class. Good point on the visit though. Hopefully this is another miss for Barton.

Johnson was a USAA

Marshall is a senior

Queen will be on campus next yr.

if he wants to play QB at AU he better look at the depth, chart and future depth chart

Why are we so sure Gibson is going to Auburn now? Just because he visited there yesterday and tweeted after he might commit early? He's at Clemson today and UT tomorrow, anything can happen.

Barton said its gut feeling from talking to the dad and nothing more. Said he wouldn't be suprised if he chose anyone in his list besides Ohio st. Thinks its auburn or TN

Nice to see Fort finally report where schools were actually recruiting him as. Where he ultimately ends up will be fun to watch, but we just have to get him on campus. I reiterate my stance on him not being capeable of playing LB. Some kids and body types can't handle that transition. Dare I say "Rod Wilks" was moved to LB when he got on campus and that didn't end well, and he was/is MUCH thicker and bulkier than JJ. If he gets moved on D, it will be to Corner from Safety....where he could make a BUNCH of money in the future.

Darius Thompson and Meme Jackson disagree (both are close friends of JJ BTW).

The only Auburn connection I know of is the Fight song

If he could play and excel at corner at that size it would be unreal. He would definitely make a boatload of money some day.
