In an unexpected turn of events, class of 2009 running back David Oku has signed a letter of intent with Tennessee according to Rivals.com. The top rated all-purpose back in the country initially committed to Vols in October, prior the coaching changes, but chose to delay his decision until after National Signing Day. Discuss
