If he would have written her a check out of his personal account, it wouldn't have been illegal for him. It sort of arouses curiosity as to why an ultra-wealthy person like him wouldn't pay with a ND, right out of his personal account. He's the the most cash poor billionaire of all time.

Trump Enterprises gets a tax deduction for the legal expenses as an ordinary and reasonable business expenses**.

(**Some question as to ultimate deductibility if IRS challenged him on it)

Trump the individual doesn't get the deduction.

Here's the rub though. If this is the rationale, then how can you claim did Trump did this with intent to cover up a campaign finance violation (the 2nd crime needed to turn the falsifying records into a felony)?

On one side you have rigged election false flag Jan 6 which at best was a perfect case of entrapment by federal law enforcement who opened locked doors, encourages people to entire dressed as protestors while comitting violence, and at worse a treasonous rechstag fire operation to cover a treasonous coup, and on the other side your here trying to dig up campaign finance laws, jaywalking or any other ludicrous accusation while also telling everyone to ignore the massive amount of videos of people stuffing ballot boxes. Funny how you ignore massive violations of the law while looking for misdeanors to satisfy your TDS.

I wasn't clear I guess when i said "You"....I wasn't meaning you literally....... more of a "On one hand 'you' have this on the other hand 'you' have that" and then I did I guess address the left in general as a "you", which clearly does I guess include "you". The last you should have been a "you all"
