This is not a worthy of a felony case, and even more so it is not a state case worthy of 34 felony charges. This is political persecution.

That is not grounded in reality.

I have been far more critical of both Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden on here, than most members of the Republican echo chamber have been of Donald Trump.

I almost always begin any commentary of Biden by first stating that he represents everything which is wrong with our federal government. He is a career politician, with a narrow perspective, and few ideas.

No, the payment was related to the election .... that doesn't make it better or worse, but the timing of the payment is relevant.

Trump brought it on himself. His rhetoric on Twitter in October of 2020 makes it clear that he is all in favor of politically motivated prosecutions.

You can't get around Trump's hypocrisy. He was tweeting demands to his Attorney General, William Barr, in 2020 to investigate and arrest the Bidens ..... Would he have cared about Biden being arrested in 2020 if Biden wasn't his opponent in the Presidential Election? Of course not. It was politically motivated.

Where was the Republican outrage over those tweets? There wasn't any .... and you wouldn't have cared if Biden had been arrested on some "trumped-up charge." Pun intended.

Just the regular scheduled retainer payments..no increases nothing extra to cover this up.

I don't think you understand what the issue is. Michael Cohen was not representing Donald Trump at the time. Trump classified his reimbursements to Cohen for the $130K, as being "legal fees."
