The one and only.

I figured if you brought up Dave Thomas... :D

Shane Bonham. Former #92 played his heart out here to little recognition. Played some for the Lions in the NFL. I respect anyone that come from Alaska to play for the Vols.

Can't top that one!! Landing a recruit from Alaska has to be an ultimate recruiting job!!! :shades: Not to mention Shane was an animal on the field...

Robert Peace

Earnest Fields...I watched him knock the helmets off of guys in High School. Solid player for the Vols. I was saddened that he could not stay in the NFL.

What about some of the old time linemen like Randy White? I don't remember much about him in college, but he stayed with Dallas for many years.

I would say Jay Graham. You don't really hear his name mentioned with the great UT RBs, but I think he's one of the best we've ever had.

i say Kelly Jolly. from my home town of sparta. without her they would have never won the 3 straight titles in the late 90s.
Kelly was a huge part of those National Championship teams. She's also quite a treat for the eyes. Wasn't she coaching one of the teams that the Lady Vols hammered in the tournament last year?

Billy Williams at WR in the 1993 and 1994 season. He could fly. I wish we would have had a solid, experienceed QB in 1994. I think he would have had a great senior year had Shuler stayed.

What does that statistical litany have to do with a list of underrated UT players?

Somebody threw out Tee Martin as underrated and sort of implied that Peyton Manning was OVERrated.
