When does ESPN start ranking JUCO'S?

I know you guys probably don't care about ESPN rankings but does anyone know when they start ranking JUCO'S? Thanks.

Pretty sure they take them into account when giving team ranks. They did the CP announcement a few years ago I'm pretty sure.

They did the announcement but didn't have him ranked

Earlier Rivals didn't have him ranked, but now they do.
