I truly appreciate Tommy's recruiting prowess and results. I would like to mention that the last 2 HCs were fairly decent recruiters. Recruiting is just a part of a complete package. Neither of them could develop talent or gameday coach. I don't thing Tommy has those deficiencies. Yep. He deserves a raise.
