Please elaborate on what an NIL PWO is? Is it a PWO that can earn NIL deals? I doubt UT is promising PWO a bunch of NIL money but I could be wrong I suppose.

They have supposedly been doing a kind of NIL stipend for all scholarships athletes.

Not sure about PWO, but they are not exempt from those opportunities.

I don't know if the combination of his skill set and athleticism translate to P5 or not. Wish he was a bit faster, but would hate for this not to happen and him go elsewhere and become a story. He and the staff will know pretty soon after he gets here and he will have given it his best shot and can find an appropriate fit if it is not a win/win. Hope it works out. His toughness and endurance are there.
