Been there. You have to use those sandpaper-type gloves to get them out. It's the only way you can grip them. And careful, when they come out they're ticked.

Much better they’re ticked on the outside than ticked on the inside.

Weirdest thing I've ever done was in nursing school. Had a kid who had pinworms and had to use scotch tape on his butt to get them.

Speaking to the original post, this is what happens when “those involved in the decision making process” are forced to take everyone’s opinions under advisement and abandon common sense. Across the board in this country, it’s why people have that look of disbelief trance on their faces.
