Rizzo probably isn't in the conversation with those two but he has been impressive in his time up with the Cubs this year.

I think Rizzo is very talented. He made some good adjustments from last year to now.

Trout is a year older and had some time in the big leagues last year. He has more professional experience overall too. Let's see where Harper is next year before we make that judgement.

Harper next year won't have a year as good as trout is this year

Then again, trout may not either

@ESPNStatsInfo: If @Trouty20 plays 139 gms, would have 58 SB, 30 HR, .348 BA. No player in MLB history has reached those stats in a season #miketroutfacts

How the hell do you have 65 RBIs as a rookie batting lead-off that started the season in the minors? Can he pitch too?

He's on the same team as arguably the best hitter in the game in Pujols. In a quick comparison of their numbers, Pujols has three more HRs, 11 more RBI, 25 less runs, four less hits, four more walks, and nearly 100 points less slugging with 69 more ABs... batting third.

Trout already has 11 games with two or more steals. Batted .392 for the month of July. Has 36 SB and 3 CS versus 5 triples.

Trout should get serious consideration for AL MVP if this game has any honor left.
