Does Ukrainian even have constitutional protections for private ownership of firearms? If not the "2nd Amendment dying" in Ukraine isn't even applicable.

Are you kidding me? Ras is an American exceptionalist. The 2nd Amendment and the Bill of Rights are so great they ought to apply to everyone everywhere. Because no one else can decide such things for themselves, because they lack decision-making skills unlike us Americans.
