well I haven't devised a whole economic system yet but the basics.. the workers own the places they work.. they have control over their lives.. the workplace is democratically run by the workers.

Everyone receives equal pay and compensation?

No business owner? No entrepreneurs? No creators? How do businesses start?

How do businesses deal with each other? Are there stores? Do people own houses?

there would be no investors.. there would be no stock market.. people wouldn't be able to control the workplace just because they have the money to buy more shares than everybody else.

It's about taking care of the workers needs.. not about profits. Workers pay would raise.. there would be no dividends to pay.. there would be no crazy high CEO salaries and bonuses.. all that would go to the worker and put back into the company. They would have a vote in what happens in the business.

Every company. However many it needs. The government would start it and give all control to the workers. All the profits go to the workers then they decide what goes where.

There doesn't have to be more to it but that wouldn't happen in this climate I agree.. but a group of people could also start one.

Not trying to judge here, but I am sensing some guilt on your part for winning life's lottery by inheriting wealth. Maybe I'm wrong. If I am, I apologize. Life isn't meant to be fair. Some win, some lose. It's just the way it is.
