Sanctuary Massachusetts Repeatedly Shielded Illegal Alien Accused of Sexually Abusing Children from Deportation

An illegal alien, accused of sexually abusing children, was repeatedly shielded from deportation from the United States thanks to sanctuary policies in Massachusetts.

The 33-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala is among millions of “got-aways” who successfully crossed the U.S.-Mexico border at unknown dates and unknown times. On March 30, 2022, the illegal alien was arraigned in Lynn, Massachusetts, on assault, battery, and strangulation charges.

Two days later, the illegal alien was also arraigned on reckless endangerment of a child. On February 14, 2023, the Lynn District Court dismissed all charges against him.

Then, on June 26, 2023, the illegal alien was arraigned in East Boston District Court on charges of compulsory insurance violation, identification violations, and forgery. That same day, the charges against him were dismissed.

On November 8, 2023, the Lynn District Court arraigned the illegal alien on three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old, two counts of assault and battery on a child with injury, assault to rape a child, and intimidation. He was arraigned again on November 15, 2023, on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old.

The illegal alien was arraigned on nine counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old, rape of a child, two counts of assault and battery, and witness intimidation in Essex Superior Court on February 26, 2024.

The following day, all indictments for superior court arraignment were dismissed against the illegal alien. According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials, they lodged a detainer against the illegal alien on November 20, 2023.

Chicago mayor urges Biden to grant work permits to half million illegal immigrants

Mayor Brandon Johnson says Chicago 'will never turn its back' on illegal migrants

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson on Thursday urged President Biden to grant work permits to nearly 500,000 illegal migrants living in the state. Johnson also said the city, which has roughly 2.7 million people, can "conservatively" welcome another 400,000 to 700,000 illegal migrants.

"I want to make this emphatically clear: Chicago will never turn its back on people who wish to call the city of Chicago their home," Johnson said.

The mayor added that even though the "humanitarian crisis" continues to overwhelm and "test the city," officials will not "waver in their commitment to the immigrant communities."

Texas Gov. Abbott travels to sanctuary city to say he won’t stop bussing in illegal immigrants

Texas will continue to bus illegal immigrants pouring across its border to sanctuary cities "until we get a new president," Texas Gov. Greg Abbott told a Manhattan crowd on Thursday – just hours after New York City Mayor Eric Adams criticized the Republican's handling of the crisis and offered him a free stay at one of the Big Apple's migrant shelters.

"The complaining by Mayor Adams is nothing short [of] stunning," Abbott told those at the event, which was held just a few blocks away from a hotel that Adams' administration transformed into an intake center for migrants. "What he has is a tiny fraction of what Texas gets every day."

125,000 migrants released onto streets of San Diego in just six months ‘without proper vetting’: county supervisor

A “minimum” of 125,000 migrants have been released from detention “without proper vetting” onto the streets of San Diego in just six months, according to a county leader.

San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond told The Post how Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents are “completely overwhelmed” by the surge of border crossings in Southern California — which he warns will have “dire consequences” for the rest of the country.

I don't care what happens in Chicago anymore.... or New York... or San Francisco... or LA..... I hope all the rats start eating each other. This is what they vote for year after year after year.
Then more and more of them will keep moving your way. Enjoy

Chicago's progressive Dem Mayor Brandon Johnson unveils plans to spend another $70 Million of Taxpayer cash on 38,000 migrants who've arrived in city, on top of $150M already set aside for 2024

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is looking to spend a further $70 million to help the 38,000 migrants who have made their way to the city since 2022.

Mayor Johnson briefed city council members on plans to push through the funds to keep the city's response to helping migrants afloat.

Sources familiar with the briefings have told the Chicago Tribune that the mayor's team hopes to allocate $70 million from city surpluses.

If approved by the council, the $70 million would add to the $150 million already set aside in the 2024 budget for the response to the migrant problem.

Communities around Denver, Colorado, are passing ordinances to manage the migrant overflow into the nearby suburbs.

Two years ago, the capital of Colorado was overwhelmed by illegal migrants bussed up from the southern border to the self-declared sanctuary city. Now neighboring communities are passing ordinances to manage the overflow into nearby suburbs.

In December 2022, then-Denver Mayor Michael Hancock declared a state of emergency as the city braced for the crisis arriving on Coloradans’ doorstep after fewer than 250 illegally present foreign citizens turned up at local homeless shelters.

In 2017, Hancock signed legislation to codify Denver’s resistance to working with federal officials to enforce immigration laws. The Colorado Sun reported last week Denver taxpayers spent $63 million to shelter the more than 40,000 new arrivals over the last 15 months. The office of Denver’s mayor elected last spring, Mike Johnston, said the city may spend up to $180 million to confront the crisis this year.

Wild footage shows ‘unruly’ migrant mob scuffling with NY cops at hotel shelter

Newly released police bodycam footage captures the moment cops in Yonkers are forced to scuffle with a group of rowdy migrants at a local hotel packed with asylum seekers.

Police busted two people during the Tuesday afternoon melee at a local Ramada Inn — but not before they were surrounded and berated in Spanish by an unruly migrant mob, the footage shows.

Cops were called to the hotel shortly before 1 p.m. on reports of an out-of-control guest.

“The guy is over here unruly,” a Ramada employee said during a 911 call. “He’s being very violent with everybody. He’s throwing stuff at everybody. We need somebody here right away.”
