you know when the attack was supposed to happen, you know where the attack was supposed to happen, who is supposedly behind it, you know exactly all the various communications that happened and in what forms and forums it took place. you apparently know all of that because America made the warning in a public enough way for the information to be readily available.

that all sounds like enough information to stop an attack. or at least be prepared for it. If that level of information isn't good enough I am not sure why/how more information or the same through another method would have been satisfactory.

It really is an interesting theory. Not a full on false flag but purposeful inaction and his usual misdirected blame to whom ever he’s trying to rally support against (the Ukrainians these days of course) in order to keep the home front heat off of him and his cronies in the Kremlin.

this is pretty much where I am.

I don't see how it helps anybody in the west. 150 dead Russian civilians, after the election? Maybe if the attack had actually happened before it would have made Putin look weak, but now?

It galvanizes Russia, while not really hurting anything dealing with the war front. Justifies Putin tightening the screws on his own people even more. Draws in the more urban Russians. ISIS-K isn't really a threat that is going to destabilize the country, the target wasn't a national resource or anything important. Not even that symbolic.

If it were a false flag the perps wouldnt have been caught (and if they were they wouldnt have been low IQ Tajiks) and they wouldnt have been tied to ISIS-K. You guys sound almost as dumb trying to explain this as you did when you tried saying Russia blew up their own pipeline.

Blathering on about “proper channels” is pretty dumb, too. Putin was warned, claimed it was Western propaganda, and innocent people died.

There are proper channels to warn another country of a possible terror attack. The US did not go through those proper channels, according to Russian diplomat and later Putin.

Just because it was done one way publically doesn't mean that was the only way it was done.

why wouldn't they be caught in a Russian false flag? they could have been paid to claim it was the west and need live voices. or in this case, just torture them until they say what the Russians want. Because we all know there has never been false testimony given by someone trying to avoid torture. At the very least this gives Putin something to point to that he did right. and Putin has used his own jihadists killing Russians to establish his power before, Chechnya and Ramzan taking over weren't that long ago. you want to do a little truth seeking see how Ramzan took over from pops and all the policy changes that came from it.

why would a western false flag want their actors to be caught? So they can claim to be ISIS? ISIS-K as a CIA front, could do the exact same with the dead on the scene. would have been far simpler, and much less risk.

did Putin comment about the warning before the shooting?

that would really blow holes in their arguments about proper channels if Putin was talking about it. not sure how much more proper it gets in Russia outside of Vlad.

After the death of OJ it just seems wrong to let this slip off the first page. So after arresting and nonviolently interrogating the confessed perpetrators and also having the huge pile of supporting data clearly showing they did it, has Putin and his cronies gotten any closer to finding who actually committed this attack?
