Ottumwa had 2 murders in 2014-2015. It might could be a more dangerous place than Fallujah, Iraq.

Spoken like a Thunder fan, lol. Have you been to either? I've been to both and OKC isn't as bad as people make it out to be, but it's nowhere close to LA. If I won the lottery I'd probably move to LA. Nothing like it.
