When J.J. walked on the field in HS, he may have weighed a buck twenty, and he busted all of our a$$es. He overcame the odds to be a four-year letterman at UT. He overcame the odds to play in the NFL.

I don't care if couldn't even tell them which side of the ball to line up on. If he could instill 1 percent of his tenacity and passion for the game in those players, he'd be worth every penny he was paid.

That said, he's a bright and determined guy. I'm guessing he can coach.

Just getting caught up.... a couple people mentioned earlier could Blackburn be MIT-beaver. He isn’t, I’m related to Blackburn, and I know who MIt-beaver is. Knowing both, I don’t see that there would be any actual connection between the two of them even.
