Three things I wish the team would do on offense in hopes of getting better.
Strive for points in the paint not just throw a pass into Russell all players should try to get paint shots a lot easier to make 8 to 10 footers than 15 footers out. Drive to the basket and kick out for three point shots. Our players when they drive will take on three players and try to score instead of passing out for a wide open three pointer. I have seen Diamond and Middleton do it numerous times and Nared does it quite often as well.
Try to quick pass into an open shot don't dribble out 20 seconds of the clock then get in desperation mode for a shot.
On defense box out and rebound. We were destroyed on the boards in both the Texas and Baylor games teams getting way to many second chance points against us and it is why were losing some games.
