Don't really understand why a Kentucky fan tries to disrupt this board! You act as if Mississippi State can't beat Tennessee at home. Well, the Vols have knocked your Wildcats into the loss column 4 of the last 7 times they have visited Knoxville including a 30 point blow out two years ago. That is why Kentucky refused to play them here last year! :)

Last time I checked the last 7 games in Knoxville are 4/7 for UK.

Jogging your memory:
2012-13 UT-88, Kentucky-58
2011-12 UT-62, Kentucky-65
2010-11 UT-58, Kentucky-64
2009-10 UT-74, Kentucky-65
2008-9 UT-72, Kentucky-90
2007-8 UT-63, Kentucky-60
2006-7 UT-89, Kentucky-85

Knoxville has always been a very dangerous place when the Flintlocks see the Wildcats. If TBA is rocking when the mighty cats come into town, they just may leave meowing!
PS you should know I don't put a stat out there unless I have checked it first. I just remember all the beatings that the little cats have suffered in Knoxville.:machgun:

This could be the easiest SEC game that UT plays and if we limit turnovers and stay even on the glass, we should be 1-0 going up against Alabama at TBA on Saturday.

So they may have a massive letdown you're saying?
I am saying with Cal losing at home to Cal State Bakersfield (the first time they had beaten a PAC 12 team in their history), it is certainly not beyond the realm of possibility for the Vols to lose at Mississippi State.

Cuonzo was T'd Up for the first time in his coaching career yesterday. Those people out there have corrupted him.

They just beat the team that handed Florida a loss 3 days earlier.
The transitive property doesn't work in sports and you know it.

Mississippi State is by far the worst team in the SEC. I agree that there really isn't any such thing as an easy road game in conference play, but this is as close as it gets.

I blame Wikipedia. Evidently they have 2007 wrong when I was looking. :)

Why stop at 7 though? Stretch that 4 more back and we are leading 7-4 :p

Wherever the Cats go we always get a teams best effort. UT is no exception. I think it's interesting we are 10-2 in the last 12 games. Hell, the last time you beat us consecutively was before 2000 (if what I'm looking at is correct).

You can have your wins in Knoxville. We'll take our final fours and both fan bases can be happy. You can send Nerlens a thank you note for tearing his ACL the game before if it makes you feel good lol.

Talk about a reach to take a shot.
