lets see I would say the most direct winner is Iran, they will/do effectively own Iraq. China will get some big time contracts out of this as the only one still investing money in the region they are picking up a larger share of the oil over there. The Russians are getting rid of some of their crazies away from the pressure cooker, Chechens, while destabilizing all the work the US has done in that region. I would say all the other oil based nations over there are winning as prices have gone up due to lower supplies. The Kurds might actually get a more independent nation by the time this is over. Assad is still in control so the Israel/American/Turkish side isn't getting what the tinfoilers say they wanted. Assad has effectively wiped out the secular terrorists/rebels in his nation, part of how this got started despite claims otherwise.
