Instead of investigating the teams that do get unfair recruiting advantages and win on the field. They pick on the SMUs, North Carolinas, and Tennessees of the world. Heck, nearly all of Alabama's rivals end up investigated recently (Auburn and LSU as well once they made progress).

I think the NCAA is going to have to account for all the rule changes it's made, sometimes within a single season and how difficult those rules are for all the new bodies they brought into the soup of college sports. They created this mess where money is flying around to players and you need a lawyer to just navigate recruiting a player for sports.

What she did is damn near historic. May end up actually being quite important in history IF it does in fact involve Nico as the 1st big NIL contract....and IF they try to come down on us and we take them to court. As we should. Really dumb move by a desperate NCAA which is publicly referred to as "dead man walking" in the media already. I heard that the NCAA is starting investigation into 7-10 of the big NIL schools....if so we need to all go ahead and take a class action suit against them to court. It would be the end of the NCAA as we know it.
