2) Georgia didn't offer him a scholarship out of high school
3) he coached at Georgia one year as an assistant for free
4) The AD at Georgia forced his father out

Might not have come if he had tried to force a bigger payout? Come on business is business. Pearl's contract calls for a $1,000,000 buyout if he leaves to coach at another school. Kiffin's contact should NOT have had a lower buyout, especially when many doubted he would be around for the long haul.
