Getting ready to light the grill and pull the meatloaf burgers out of the fridge.
Meatloaf burgers - make your meatloaf as normal the night before, except over season it, make burger patties out of the mixture, place in a ziploc or vacuum seal with a tablespoon or two of Worcestershire sauce.
That goes in the fridge overnight - pull out the next day and grill like any other burger...pairs well with cheddar, american, or pepper jack cheese.
